Barrena Branding & Marketing is seeking a Director of Marketing Strategy to lead marketing strategy and client engagement across a portfolio of growing companies. You will guide campaign direction, review deliverables, and lead client meetings with a team of internal specialists.

The role combines marketing leadership, client communication, demand generation strategy, and campaign oversight. This is a remote-first, US-based, full-time opportunity with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years marketing experience, ideally B2B (tech/healthcare/SaaS).
• Proven ability to lead strategies and guide campaigns end-to-end.
• Experience with demand generation and multi-channel campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing strategy across a portfolio of clients, mainly B2B and some consumer brands.
• Run weekly strategy meetings and be the primary strategic contact for accounts.
• Translate business goals into demand generation campaigns across channels.
• Review deliverables for strategic alignment and quality before client delivery.
• Provide direction to internal teams and contractors on initiatives.
• Collaborate with the project coordinator to maintain timelines and deliverables.
• Analyze campaign performance and propose optimizations.
• Identify growth opportunities and guide client decisions.
