Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Strategic Analytics & Transformation Manager to deliver data-driven insights, forecasting, and sales performance analysis for SHI's strategic sales organization.

You will develop forecasting models, measure campaign effectiveness, and build scalable reporting frameworks to drive informed business decisions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Financial Analysis, BI, or related discipline.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, Dynamics or comparable analytics/CRM platforms.
• Strong forecasting, KPI management, pipeline analytics, and performance reporting knowledge.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial and operational models to support revenue growth and gross margin performance.
• Analyze sales performance trends and prepare executive-ready reporting.
• Perform scenario modeling, investment analysis, and business-case development for strategic initiatives.
• Partner with Finance and Sales Leadership to improve forecast accuracy and planning processes.
• Monitor and report key metrics like revenue, gross margin, pipeline health, bookings, and quota attainment.
• Design KPI scorecards, dashboards, and scalable reporting frameworks.
• Create tracking methodologies for campaigns, partner programs, and growth initiatives.
• Identify efficiencies through automation and process improvements.
• Support executive reviews with concise insights and recommended actions.
• Document model logic, data sources, assumptions, controls, and repeatable processes.
