The position emphasizes data-driven insights, dashboard development, and collaboration with HR, Operations, and Finance to optimize staffing and efficiency while supporting remote, CST-focused operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5 years of progressive analytics/workforce experience.
• Strong KPI, scorecard and dashboard development.
• Experience with forecasting models and contact center metrics.
• Proficient in BI tools and data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain predictive models to forecast workforce needs.
• Create scenario analyses for staffing, budget, and capacity planning.
• Monitor headcount trends, attrition, and productivity metrics.
• Lead workforce planning cycles and translate projections into staffing plans.
• Build interactive dashboards tracking workforce KPIs and performance.
