Job summary

Aprio Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager of FP&A Workforce Planning to build a workforce function from the ground up, in a remote EST role. This high-visibility position partners with HR and senior leaders to drive data-driven decisions and scalable processes.

You will lead forecasting, scenario planning, and KPI tracking, manage onshore and offshore teams, and shape AI-driven models to optimize capacity, cost, and capability across the firm.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in workforce planning, FP&A, people analytics, or a related discipline — including team leadership.
• Strong analytical, modeling, forecasting, and scenario-planning skills.
• Workday / Adaptive experience required (HCM and/or reporting).
• Experience partnering with HR/People & Culture and senior business stakeholders.
• Experience leveraging offshore teams and automation to scale operation.
• Strong communicator and influencer — comfortable at the executive leadership level.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce analysis, scenario planning, forecasting, and budgeting that drive key business and people decisions.
• Develop workforce models quantifying the impact of AI, automation, and offshoring on capacity, cost, and capability.
• Ensure data integrity and sound processes across the workforce planning function.
• Partner with People & Culture and senior business leaders to translate workforce strategy into actionable plans.
• Define and track KPIs for workforce planning effectiveness.
• Build and lead a team spanning onshore and offshore resources, champion automation and AI.
