Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Economics, HR, I/O Psychology, Statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of consulting or people analytics experience, including client leadership.
• Excellent verbal, written, and executive-level communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Creative problem-solver with a passion for data-driven business impact.
• Proactive and detail-oriented, with rigor under deadline pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and project-manage workforce analytics and workforce strategy engagements.
• Define workforce strategies that balance demand, capacity, skills, and cost against client objectives.
• Advise clients on interpreting findings using analytics insights.
• Use data visualisation to surface insights for executives.
• Translate analyses into actionable recommendations for senior audiences.
• Lead proposal writing and business development conversations.
• Contribute to intellectual capital and mentor junior team members.
