Concurrent Technologies Corporation is seeking a Workforce Development Director to lead a portfolio of DoW initiatives in a remote capacity. The role requires collaboration with government stakeholders, program governance, and strategic workforce planning.

You will drive program design, performance metrics, and customer deliverables while managing cross-functional teams and ensuring compliance with contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10+ years in workforce development or related area.
• Experience leading complex instructional design or workforce development programs.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and deliver customer-ready solutions.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and program evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction, execution, and growth of workforce development initiatives for Department of War.
• Develop strategies aligned to mission requirements and emerging skill needs.
• Establish goals, operating models, and performance measures with continuous improvement.
• Ensure programs are delivered on schedule and within contract requirements.
• Translate complex customer requirements into scalable workforce solutions.
• Prepare briefings and recommendations for government leadership.
• Oversee data collection, dashboards, and executive reporting on program health.
