Job summary

PM2 Strategies seeks a Strategic Advisor for the DoW Manufacturing Technology program. Remote from home with access to a government facility, and moderate travel.

You will lead strategy development, draft briefs, and coordinate with DoD offices to advance manufacturing tech initiatives for national security. Requires 15+ years of experience, a relevant degree, and US citizenship with active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with strong policy or government focus.
• 15+ years of work experience in policy, strategy or DoD-related programs.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to lead or coordinate multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive stakeholders.
• Ability to interact with senior government officials and contractors.
• Proven track record in strategy development, briefs and reports.
• Active Secret-level clearance and U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as chief strategist, drafting strategy documents and aligning priorities.
• Draft technical and strategic reports, talking points, speeches and briefings.
• Collaborate with federal offices and DoW programs for investment and execution.
• Participate in DoW working groups, workshops, and interagency coordination.
• Represent DoD initiatives in conferences, events and high‑level forums.
• Prepare executive briefs, papers and Congressionally mandated responses.
