Job summary

Sapience AI is seeking a Web Designer on contract to own the website from strategy through execution and ongoing maintenance. You will manage the full design process, from audit and ideation to a finished, published site, and lead content conversations to gather copy and images for each page.

You will report to the Head of Marketing Communications and collaborate with brand, launch, and content teams, delivering a live site by December 9 and continuing maintenance until December 18, 2026.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own website strategy and execution end-to-end, from audit to published site.
• Lead industry and competitive design audits.
• Define pages’ goals and required artwork/content.
• Turn outlines into concepts and guide reviews.
• Build the site in HTML5 from structure to polish.
• Implement SEO foundations into structure and pages.
• Coordinate with HubSpot integration handled by engineering.
• Ensure finished copy/images before build; align with contributors.
• Run customer testing and revise site based on feedback.
• Publish by live date and monitor post-launch performance.
• Maintain site through contract end with new content updates.
