Job summary

SetPoint Medical seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead strategy and execution for attracting high-quality talent in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

You will partner with hiring managers and leaders on workforce planning, develop sourcing strategies, and drive candidate assessment and selection across medical device and life sciences functions. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 6+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience in regulated industries.
• Experience partnering with managers on workforce planning and recruiting strategy.
• Experience using ATS and sourcing platforms to fill complex roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition strategy and execution to attract top talent.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders on workforce needs and hiring plans.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and levels.
• Develop proactive sourcing pipelines and monitor recruiting progress.
