Job summary

SetPoint Medical is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead strategy and execution for attracting and hiring top talent in support of rapid growth. You will partner with hiring managers and leaders to shape workforce plans, provide market guidance, and own end-to-end recruiting processes across multiple functions in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, Psychology or related field preferred; equivalent combo may be considered.
• 6+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience, preferably in regulated industries.
• Experience as a consultative recruiting partner to managers/senior leaders with sourcing strategy experience.
• Experience using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
• Experience using recruiting metrics/market data to guide hiring strategies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and define hiring plans.
• Guide managers on market conditions, candidate assessment, and compensation negotiations.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, postings, ATS, offers, interviews, and logistics to ensure a smooth process.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and pipelines; monitor progress and remove barriers.
• Improve processes, interview practices, and candidate experience with employer branding.
