Job summary

NorthPoint Search Group seeks a Talent Acquisition Lead to own the performance, effectiveness, and scalability of the healthcare recruiting function. The role drives high-volume and specialty hiring through direct recruiting, workforce planning, and partnerships with hiring leaders.

The leader will optimize processes, develop recruiters, and build sustainable pipelines with talent communities and targeting strategies to meet staffing objectives across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of healthcare recruiting experience, including high-volume and specialty recruitment.
• Experience recruiting clinical, allied health, behavioral health, nursing, advanced practice, or other healthcare professionals.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, workforce planning, interviewing techniques, and talent acquisition best practices.
• Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment metrics, and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining recruiting performance and service standards.
• Preferred experience leading recruitment teams within healthcare orgs, staffing agency, or workforce solutions.
• Experience supporting multi-site, multi-state, or rapid-growth recruiting operations.
• Knowledge of healthcare credentialing, licensure requirements, and onboarding processes.
• Experience developing recruitment scorecards, KPIs, and workforce planning strategies.
• Experience implementing recruiting technologies, process improvements, and talent acquisition projects.
• Experience with Paylocity ATS

Responsibilities

• Own the performance, effectiveness, and scalability of the healthcare recruiting function.
• Oversee requisition activity, recruiter performance, hiring priorities, and workflows.
• Ensure open positions are filled within organizational expectations with quality-of-hire.
• Develop sustainable candidate pipelines through sourcing initiatives, talent communities, recruiting marketing, and workforce planning.
