Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to optimize managed services operations and sourcing strategies. You will deliver market and supplier intelligence, lead RFP processes, and drive improvements for a Life Sciences client and internal teams.

The role requires 3+ years in procurement, strong Excel/data analytics, and experience with ERP systems. Remote work is supported across U.S. locations, with a compensation range of $90,000–$105,000 yearly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in contract management and vendor relationship management.
• Experience with RFP, RFQ, and RFI processes and execution.
• Strong analytical ability and leadership in decentralized environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel for data analytics.
• Experience in project management and business transitions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in sourcing strategies and supplier relationships.
• Lead RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs according to client needs.
• Analyze vendor spend, trends, and strategy; report findings to stakeholders.
• Coordinate regional and national programs and ensure policy compliance.
• Support diversity programs and conduct supplier performance reviews.
