• 1-3 years of strategic sourcing experience.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proven ability to work independently while supporting teams in a decentralized environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Integrated Facilities Management clients and internal stakeholders related to optimization of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies.
• Create and track Sourcing Requests for contract extensions, renewals, and new services.
• Act as a liaison between Shared Services, Corporate Legal, and Risk Management; ensure terms comply with contracts and obtain formal review and approval from legal/risk management.
• Assist the Sourcing Leader with work priorities; complete deliverables on time and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide analysis and compliance reporting to the Sourcing Lead; identify risks and flag gaps between procurement and work order systems.
• Complete system audits to ensure KPI reporting accuracy.
• Ensure compensation rates in Work Order systems align with service agreements; update rates per contract changes.
