Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Specialist, Strategic Sourcing to optimize client services and sourcing programs across multiple U.S. locations.

You will lead supplier relationships, drive cost savings, and implement standardized processes within a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates bring 3-5 years in strategic sourcing for services, strong communication, and proficiency with procurement systems like Jaggaer/Ariba, plus a BA/BS degree.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories.
• Exhibits strong interpersonal skills, organization skills and analytical ability.
• Proven track record of excellent internal and external customer service.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while delivering results in a fast paced and challenging environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and communicate professionally.
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Provide support of Integrated Facilities client and internal stakeholders related to optimization of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies.
• Deliver market, supplier and operational intelligence of services operations; identify and lead field resources for strategic initiatives.
• Be a subject matter expert in support of JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships and program management.
• Build out and implement standardized and efficient sourcing processes for the account to streamline the program.
• Develop sourcing plans focused on cost savings, supplier consolidation, sustainability and supplier diversity.
• Lead and manage all sourcing-related functions: due diligence, RFPs/bids, and transition to operations during implementation.
• Provide status updates to Supply Chain and business stakeholders.
• Support contract onboarding and operational processes; manage expectations with internal/external customers.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with key suppliers and support supplier relationship programs.
• Ensure compliance with sourcing policies and risk management programs.
• Maintain data integrity in systems and ensure documentation is complete.
• Coordinate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management on terms and approvals.
• Develop diversity programs in line with client and company requirements.
