Zusammenfassung

Gilbane Building Company seeks a Supply Chain Specialist II to drive strategic sourcing and procurement for travel, collect data, and report on supplier performance against KPIs. Role supports compliance with spend initiatives and can be performed remotely from any U.S.

location with Gilbane offices. The ideal candidate has 1–4 years in supply chain, travel category experience, and a strong data/Excel skill set; CPSM is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or related field
• 1-4 years of Supply Chain related experience
• Prior experience with a Travel Management Company (TMC) and knowledge of Travel as a supply chain category
• CPSM certification preferred
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience

Aufgaben

• Provide day to day support and category management for travel, including supplier performance, stakeholder engagement and program administration
• Spearheads new supplier identification qualification, outreach, and enablement of new vendor opportunities
• Coordinates custom bidding events and procurement of materials and services
• Supports vendor performance tracking
• Ensures compliance requirements in partnership with vendors
• Participates in pricing and terms negotiations across multiple suppliers in a category
• Manages discrepancy reconciliation with vendors
• Creates and maintains price contracts
• Provides help desk services to internal customers
• Provides periodic systems training to internal customers and suppliers
• Provides ad-hoc reporting, analysis and complete special projects as assigned
• Supports the CLM process by coordinating contract submissions to Legal and tracking progress
