Job summary

Gilbane Building seeks a Supply Chain Professional II to drive strategic sourcing and procurement on project teams. You will collect data, report on supplier performance, and ensure spend initiatives are followed while supporting multiple projects nationwide.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in a related field with 1–4 years of supply chain experience and familiarity with eProcurement tools. Remote work is possible across Gilbane offices in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or related field
• 1–4 years of Supply Chain experience
• CPSM certification preferred or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and category management for travel, including supplier performance and program administration
• Identify and qualify new suppliers; enablement of new vendor opportunities
• Coordinate bidding events and procurement of materials/services
• Support vendor performance tracking and compliance with spend initiatives
• Participate in pricing and terms negotiations across multiple suppliers
• Manage discrepancy reconciliation with vendors and maintain price contracts
• Provide help desk and training support to internal customers
• Produce ad-hoc reports and complete special projects as assigned
