Gilbane Building is seeking a Supply Chain Professional II to drive strategic sourcing and procurement on project teams nationwide. You will collect data, report supplier performance against KPIs, and help ensure spend initiatives stay compliant. This role can be performed remotely or from any U.S.

Gilbane office. Requires a Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management or related field with 1–4 years of experience; Excel proficiency is essential and CPSM certification is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or related field.
• 1–4 years of supply chain related experience.
• CPSM certification preferred or equivalent.
• Travel management knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day support and category management for travel, including supplier performance and program administration.
• Spearhead new supplier identification, outreach and enablement of new vendor opportunities.
• Coordinate custom bidding events and procurement of materials and services.
• Support vendor performance tracking and ensure compliance with vendors.
• Participate in pricing and terms negotiations across multiple suppliers in a category.
• Manage discrepancy reconciliation with vendors and maintain price contracts.
• Provide help desk services to internal customers and periodic systems training.
• Deliver ad-hoc reporting, analysis and complete special projects; support CLM processes.
