Job summary

Cypress HCM is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead enterprise software, cloud services, and hardware initiatives across global teams. You will drive supplier selection, negotiate complex agreements, and align technology spend with governance and business goals.

You will manage RFx events, optimize licensing, and collaborate with Technology, Security, Finance, Legal, and operations to maximize value while mitigating risk.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise technology sourcing, procurement, or vendor management experience.
• Experience negotiating enterprise software and SaaS services agreements.
• Experience leading formal RFx events.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing projects for enterprise software, cloud technologies, and IT hardware
• Lead competitive bid processes from planning through supplier selection
• Negotiate commercial agreements that improve pricing, reduce risk, and maximize business value
• Collaborate with Technology, Security, Finance, Legal, and operational teams throughout procurement activities
• Identify opportunities to optimize licensing, consolidate vendors, and improve overall technology spend
• Maintain strategic supplier relationships while monitoring performance and contractual obligations
• Analyze market trends to support sourcing strategies and supplier decisions
• Ensure procurement activities align with internal governance and contract standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 10+ years of enterprise technology sourcing, procurement, or vendor management experience
• Strong experience negotiating enterprise software and SaaS services agreements
• Working knowledge of software licensing models and commercial pricing structures
• Experience leading formal RFx events
• Familiarity with common enterprise technology agreements including licensing, maintenance, MSA, SOW, NDA, and data protection agreements
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working across cross-functional and global organizations
