GE Vernova is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Site Works Team Leader to guide a team of commodity managers and coordinators across Electrical & Civil site works and related services for NAM projects. You will shape world-class sourcing strategies that improve cost, supplier capability, and sustainability while aligning with SQDC and project timelines.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum 10 years in Pre-Construction, Strategic Sourcing, or PM.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role related to Projects or Supply Chain.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Site Works sourcing: daily operations, strategy, and people leadership.
• Manage KPIs: cost deflation, DTP, vendor recovery, OTP delivery.
• Develop long-term sourcing strategies and supplier cost structures.
• Collaborate with Tender Sourcing Leader to align bid and execution.
• Drive RFQ processes in ITO and OTR with accountability.
• Promote Lean and continuous improvement in sourcing.
• Ensure compliance with GE Grid Solutions policies and contracts.
