Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a HDNU Projects Sourcing Site Change Execution Leader to drive cross-functional task execution for site changes and related data modifications. The role involves coordinating across projects, tax/controllership, finance, customs, logistics, planning, MRP, Genpact, and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution and to develop standard work for site change protocols.

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in Sourcing/Operations/PM, with experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Substantive experience in Sourcing, Commercial Operations / Sales, Supply Chain / Manufacturing / Operations, or Project Management of at least 8 years.
• Relevant experience in Power generation / Oil & Gas sectors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution of site change requests across our organization and systems (date changes, equipment swaps, address changes, etc.).
• Drive closure on the many steps required across our process and systems to align equipment execution with site change requests (manage through many different owners and key stakeholders).
• Partner with Project Sourcing Manager and sourcing leadership on identifying the best path forward to execute site change requests.
• Cross functional support resolution of roadblocks when executing site change requests; coordinating agreement across various groups such as projects, tax/controllership, finance, customs, logistics, planning, MRP, Genpact, etc.
