GE Vernova is seeking an HDNU Projects Sourcing Site Change Execution Leader to drive site change tasks across cross-functional groups, coordinating data modifications for changes, delays, or resale transactions, and helping create standard work to speed product movement from suppliers.

The role partners with Project Sourcing Manager and leadership to resolve roadblocks, coordinate with projects, tax, finance, logistics, and other groups, and ensure timely closure of site change requests with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 8+ years of experience in Sourcing, Commercial Operations, Supply Chain/Manufacturing/Operations, or Project Management.
• Relevant experience in Power generation / Oil & Gas sectors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution of site change requests across the organization and systems.
• Drive closure on steps to align equipment execution with site change requests.
• Partner with Project Sourcing Manager and leadership to identify best path forward.
• Cross functional support resolution of roadblocks across projects, tax/controllership, finance, customs, logistics, planning, MRP, Genpact, etc.
• Participate in weekly Project Change Review and provide status updates.
• Create standard work to design Sourcing Site Change & Project Delay protocols.
