Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a PDS Sourcing Contracts Manager to lead end-to-end sourcing and contract negotiation for Property and Facility Management services, balancing cost optimization with service excellence across our global portfolio. You will collaborate with legal, finance, operations and client teams, manage vendor relationships, and maintain contract databases while driving risk mitigation and continuous improvement.

This remote role supports multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or related field.
• At least 5 years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or contract management experience in CRE or facilities.
• Proven contract negotiation and drafting expertise with risk management understanding.
• Track record of managing complex, high-value contracts and achieving cost savings.
• Strong analytical skills for spend analysis and business case development.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in procurement systems and MS Office, including advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing including RFP, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and onboarding.
• Develop category-specific sourcing strategies to align with business objectives.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex service agreements and master service agreements.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, operations, and client managers to ensure contract execution.
• Manage vendor relationships with performance reviews and continuous improvements.
• Maintain contract databases and ensure compliance with retention policies.
• Monitor contract compliance and identify consolidation or renegotiation opportunities.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking on industry trends and pricing.
• Support risk management by identifying contractual, financial, or operational risks.
