Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an Assistant Sourcing Specialist to support Integrated Facilities Management clients and internal stakeholders. You will optimize sourcing strategies, manage RFPs/bids, and ensure contractual alignment with legal and risk teams.

Remote-friendly role with compensation typically in the 73,000–82,500 USD per year range. You will collaborate across Shared Services and operations to deliver supplier and operational improvements and drive client

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of strategic sourcing experience.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong analytical ability.
• Proven ability to work independently while supporting teams in a decentralized environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, instruction, and follow-up to operations teams on RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes. Proactively manage internal and external customer expectations.
• Create and track Sourcing Requests for contract extensions, renewals, and new services.
• Act as a liaison between Shared Services, Corporate Legal, and Risk Management. Ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with standard or other contract changes and receive formal review and approval from legal/risk management.
• Assist the Sourcing Leader with work priorities. Complete deliverables on time and resolve issues with operations teams, temporary help, and/or project-specific dedicated personnel to ensure client and customer satisfaction.
• Provide analysis and compliance reporting to the Sourcing Lead. Identify risks and actions, and flag compliance gaps between procurement and work order systems.
• Complete system audits to ensure KPI reporting accuracy.
• Ensure compensation rates in Work Order systems align with service agreements. Update rates in accordance with contractual increases and service level changes.
