You will draft service agreements, manage renewals, onboarding, and data accuracy across multiple systems, ensuring compliance and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2–6 years of contracts administration, strategic sourcing operations, or vendor management experience, preferably in Indirect Services.
• Demonstrated capability in contract management, including renewals, negotiations, and compliance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Draft service agreements, process renewals and extensions through Jaggaer, ensure compliance with terms, and coordinate terminations with vendor notifications.
• Onboard vendors and manage system administration: process submissions through Aravo, create Corrigo records, manage rate cards, and maintain data integrity.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports for Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Facilities Management leadership.
• Support property transitions: manage closure requests and wind-down activities during site transitions.
• Conduct data analysis and QA to review contracts and vendor data and drive process improvements.
