Formación

• Ten years of sales, business development, account management, or related experience.
• Experience leading large-scale client pursuits and negotiating complex service agreements.
• Experience within the assigned real estate industry is required.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and executes national sales strategies for the Real Estate Business Unit.
• Translates objectives into actionable market growth plans, sales initiatives, and client development strategies.
• Builds and maintains relationships with national accounts, industry influencers, property owners, developers, asset managers, and other stakeholders.
• Expands executive-level relationships to identify opportunities, strengthen client retention, and increase market share.
• Identifies, qualifies, and pursues strategic growth opportunities within target client segments and emerging markets.
• Develops account growth strategies for key national clients and coordinates cross-functional resources.
• Maintains a strategic sales pipeline and provides revenue forecasts and market insights.
• Leads client presentations, proposals, and contract discussions for strategic opportunities.
