Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Program Manager, OMX SOTO to lead high-priority strategic initiatives remotely in the United States. You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive execution, deliver data-driven narratives, and apply AI and automation for scalable improvements.

You will operate in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on governance and impact. The role focuses on bringing structure to ambiguity, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring programs move forward

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Program Management, Management Consulting, or related fields.
• Exceptional program management skills with a focus on scalable solutions for complex problems.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, particularly for executive-level presentations.
• Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to manage risks and execute independently in fast-paced environments.
• Experience using data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience in implementing AI and automation for operational efficiency.
