Qualifications

• 5+ years in Strategy, Operations, or Program Management.
• Proven ability to design scalable solutions for complex problems.
• Excellent executive communication and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end ownership of OMX's highest‑priority initiatives.
• Develop execution plans, align stakeholders, and drive complex programs.
• Anticipate risks and maintain program governance and operational rigor.
• Create data‑driven narratives for executive alignment.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive scalable, high‑impact solutions.
• Identify patterns and automate workflows to increase capacity.
