Sage in the United States is seeking a Project Execution and Project Management professional to manage strategic cross-functional projects within the Sales and Success Digital Enablement team, driving large programs and initiatives.

You will develop comprehensive project plans, RACIs, stakeholder maps, and success metrics, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing and Support to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 7 years' experience in business program management or project management.
• Proven ability to collaborate across groups to drive rhythm of business.
• Proactive with change management and strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead global strategic initiatives and programs across Sales and Success Digital Enablement.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, RACIs, and stakeholder maps.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing, and Customer Support.
• Drive governance, change impact assessment, and program execution models.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
