Job summary

DeWinter Group is seeking a senior Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing, manage end-to-end spend, and optimize vendor relationships in a high-autonomy role. You will own Zip P2P workflows, streamline T&E processes, and partner with Finance, Legal, IT, and stakeholders to drive compliant, cost-saving decisions.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in procurement, deep P2P experience, and a proven track record in negotiations, policy automation, and KPI-driven leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing, indirect/tech spend.
• Hands-on Zip P2P platform experience, workflows and rollout.
• End-to-end spend management including vendor sourcing and T&E.
• Strong negotiation history with measurable savings.
• Understanding of procurement workflows integrated with Finance.
• Experience developing and automating procurement policies.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets for dashboards and KPI analysis.
• Strategic thinker able to manage daily ops and long-term planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple spends.
• Own Zip (P2P) platform workflows and rollout support.
• Manage Travel & Expense program: policy, tools, reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT, and stakeholders on decisions.
• Lead negotiations and supplier renewal discussions.
• Refine procurement policies and automate processes.
• Monitor supplier performance and risks; address issues.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and leadership reports.
• Conduct market research for new suppliers and cost savings.
• Educate employees on procurement policies and compliance.
• Ensure SOX readiness and audit-friendly controls.
