Woolpert, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Procurement to lead strategic procurement transformation within the Finance team.

You will shape the future-state operating model, oversee spend analytics, KPI governance, supplier performance, and risk management across multiple spend areas and sites. This role drives category strategy, standardizes procure‑to‑pay processes, and partners with Legal, IT, and business leaders to deliver measurable savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 12 years of progressive procurement/sourcing experience.
• Experience owning procurement budgets and delivering savings.
• Experience leading category strategies and strategic sourcing pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of procurement governance and spend analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement managers/supervisors and performance.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies for cost optimization.
• Lead future-state procurement operating model and KPI governance.
• Develop category strategies and multi-year sourcing roadmaps.
• Standardize procure-to-pay processes and policy application.
• Own procurement KPIs and spend analytics dashboards.
• Oversee supplier selection, performance reviews, and risk management.
• Roll out procurement technologies and reporting tools.
• Manage vendor contracts and budget oversight.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, and business leaders.
