Job summary

DeWinter Group is seeking a Procurement Operations Analyst for a remote, contract assignment of approximately 5-6 months. You will document and standardize procurement processes, build SOPs, work instructions, and process maps, and collaborate with Financial Operations to close gaps and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Translate complex workflows into clear, user-friendly documentation.
• Strong experience in process improvement and operational documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement to validate and refine documentation.
• Familiarity with Procure‑to‑Pay processes.
• Basic experience with procurement tools like Zip or Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, job aids, and process maps for procurement activities.
• Collaborate with Financial Operations and procurement teams to document current processes, identify gaps, and propose enhancements.
• Enhance the organization and consistency of the procurement documentation library.
• Assist in supplier data remediation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
