DrFirst is seeking a Pricing Manager to own pricing strategy across Healthcare IT offerings within Revenue Operations. The role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to ensure competitive, scalable pricing aligned to how healthcare organizations buy.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in pricing/finance, strong Excel modeling, and experience with CPQ/CRM platforms. Remote-first company with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of pricing, commercial finance, revenue operations, or related analytical role in B2B.
• Experience in Healthcare IT or adjacent environments with Hospital/Health System buyers.
• Understanding of Healthcare IT buying cycles and contract structures.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills.
• Familiarity with CPQ platforms and CRM systems.
• Ability to translate complex data into executive-ready recommendations.
