Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related field.
• 7+ years of financial analysis experience including budgeting, pricing and modeling.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting, pricing, and cost proposals.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to build complex financial models.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with leaders.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop revenue pricing models and cost proposals for new business opportunities and client renewals.
• Build and maintain financial models projecting revenue, expenses, margins, and contract performance.
• Lead annual budgeting process for assigned departments and support others.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to leaders.
• Review pricing models for integrity, accuracy, and compliance.
• Partner with stakeholders to prepare executive and board-level reporting.
