Job summary

Comagine Health is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Planning & Pricing Analyst to join our team. This independent FP&A role leads budgeting, develops pricing strategies for new and existing business, and provides modeling expertise to support growth and sustainability.

You will partner with leaders to translate financial data into actionable business decisions, manage pricing integrity, and deliver executive-ready reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant financial analysis experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, pricing, cost proposals, financial modeling.
• Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop revenue pricing models and cost proposals for new opportunities and renewals.
• Identify cost drivers, margin targets, financial risks, and pricing assumptions.
• Ensure pricing strategies align with organizational financial and operational objectives.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop financially sound proposals.
• Lead the annual budgeting process for assigned departments and support other departments as needed.
• Analyze monthly financial performance against budget and projections.
