Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Staff Analyst to support and optimize healthcare IT applications, including Epic EHR environments. The role covers configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance across multiple clinical and operational systems.

The position is fully remote with quarterly travel, typically 8AM–5PM local time, and may involve on-call rotations. A Bachelor’s degree in IT/healthcare and Epic-related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Epic EHR experience
• Epic Procedural Orders build experience preferred
• SmartSets, OrderSets, Panels knowledge
• Inpatient provider workflows
• Interfacing knowledge

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for healthcare applications through their lifecycle
• Configure, test, install, and maintain systems and workflows
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to implement solutions
• Develop training materials and documents for end users
• Participate in on-call rotation and project management as needed
