Intermountain Health in the United States is seeking a Staff Analyst to support Epic EHR and related healthcare applications remotely, with quarterly travel and a Monday–Friday schedule. Ideal candidates will have Epic EHR experience and a Bachelor's degree in IT, healthcare, or a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field.
• Experience with Epic Procedural Orders build is preferred.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills required.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support, configuration, and maintenance for healthcare applications and related technologies.
• Manage small projects related to supported applications and maintain certifications as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Develop and maintain training materials for end-users and team members.
• Participate in on-call and incident response as required.
