Responsabilités

• Lead complex PMO transformation initiatives across CXG Services.
• Champion an AI-first approach to program management and tooling modernization.
• Drive platform-level program design and governance for a full customer platform.
• Forecast, capacity plan, and provide portfolio visibility for proactive staffing.
• Develop executive reporting, dashboards, and governance metrics for oversight.
• Mentor PMO staff and align stakeholders across Implementation, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success.
