Qualifications

Minimum 6–10 years of experience leading complex PMO programs, operational transformation initiatives, or process modernization in SaaS/fintech contexts.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, Operations Management, Communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead complex PMO transformation initiatives across CXG Services to improve scalability and governance.
Champion an AI-first approach to program management with automation and workflow redesign.
Drive platform-level program design and stakeholder engagement across the customer platform.
Forecast and plan capacity across PMO portfolio, including resource modeling and pipeline visibility.
Establish and enhance PMO governance standards and scalable processes.
