Job summary
Aven Hospitality is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to lead the development, negotiation, and management of key partnerships across product, sales, and operations. You will collaborate with Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Leadership to align partnerships with corporate strategy and revenue goals.

Qualifications
- 5–7+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, alliances, or related commercial roles.
- Proven experience negotiating commercial agreements and partnership programs.
- Experience building business cases, financial models, and executive presentations.
Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, negotiate, and launch partnership opportunities.
- Manage a portfolio of strategic, marketplace, technology, and referral partners.
- Coordinate contract negotiations and partner onboarding activities.
- Monitor partnership performance and help grow value; support forecasting and revenue tracking.
