Job summary

Aven Hospitality in the United States is seeking a Corporate Strategy Analyst to help shape long-term plans and product strategy in a fast-growing, private equity-backed tech-enabled hospitality business.

You will partner with senior leaders across Product, Technology, Commercial, Finance, and Operations to develop strategic options, build business cases, and prepare executive-ready presentations for the board. This fully remote role offers high autonomy and exposure to top leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; master’s not required.
• 2–3 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to produce executive-ready content.
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous business problems and develop data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of long-term strategic plans and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify opportunities, evaluate market trends, and design growth initiatives.
• Develop business cases, strategic frameworks, and operating models to guide investments and priorities.
• Draft board materials and executive presentations; establish planning methodologies and governance.
• Evaluate product opportunities, performance, and portfolio evolution to align with corporate strategy.
