Maverick Payments, a growing payments provider in Calabasas, CA, seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to acquire and grow ISO, agent, and referral partnerships. You will drive the full sales cycle, collaborate across departments, and shape partner strategies to meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5–7 years’ experience in Sales or Business Development.
• Experience in the merchant services or payment processing industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, recruit, and onboard ISO, agent, referral, and strategic partner relationships.
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to agreement execution and activation.
• Develop territory/prospecting strategies to achieve acquisition and revenue goals.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand partner models and growth objectives.
• Present Maverick’s products and value proposition to prospective partners.
• Negotiate agreements within guidelines and drive partner activation.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and forecast in CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless partner experience.
