LifeStance Health is seeking a motivated Behavioral Health Sales Representative in Greenville, SC. The role centers on driving referrals from primary and specialty care physicians and other partners, with 70% field-based work and travel as needed. You will collaborate with clinicians and operations to expand LifeStance’s referral network.

The position reports to the National Business Development Director and offers a comprehensive benefits package, plus a base salary with bonus potential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Experience in marketing, sales or business development is preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work in the field.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Manage relationships with referral partners to optimize care delivery.
• Develop high-impact call plans to drive patient volume to LS practices.
• Conduct frequent in-person visits to referrers and care sites.
• Represent LifeStance and its clinicians to grow the referral network.
• Coordinate with local operations to increase touchpoints with referral partners.
