Job summary

First Connect Insurance Services is seeking a Strategic Partnership Manager to own and grow carrier and MGA relationships and drive new business premium across our agency base.

You will analyze performance, lead monthly Partnership Business Reviews, and develop proactive campaigns to boost partner adoption. You will collaborate with Product, Operations, and Marketing to improve partner experience and drive growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the insurance industry (carrier, MGA, insurtech, distribution, or agency).
• Experience in national accounts or key/partnership management preferred.
• Thrives in an early-stage, startup-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Excellent communicator with relationship-building and presentation skills.
• Creative problem-solver who builds processes and drives ideas.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of carrier and MGA partnerships.
• Build and execute strategies to increase agency quoting, binding, and engagement.
• Lead monthly Partnership Business Reviews and present insights.
• Develop proactive campaigns to drive partner adoption.
• Promote carriers through trainings and visibility pushes.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to boost placement.
• Analyze quote/bind trends to identify premium lift.
• Work with Product, Operations, and Marketing on partner needs.
• Support expansions, new product rollouts, and incentive initiatives.
• Maintain strong partner satisfaction and best-in-class experience.
