Job summary

OpenText is hiring a Partner Development Executive to lead strategy, growth, and execution for a portfolio of strategic partner relationships across the North American ecosystem. This remote role focuses on delivering measurable partner business outcomes through executive engagement, joint business planning, ecosystem activation, and partner pipeline creation across internal cross-functional teams.

Location: Remote in the United States, with approximately 30-50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience in channel sales, strategic alliances or enterprise software sales.
• Experience building executive partner relationships and joint go-to-market plans.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop a portfolio of OpenText’s most strategic national partners.
• Build executive relationships across partner and OpenText leadership teams.
• Develop and execute joint business plans aligned to go-to-market priorities.
• Drive partner-originated and partner-influenced pipeline creation initiatives.
• Lead executive business reviews and governance meetings with partners.
• Coordinate enablement and cross-functional activities across Sales, Marketing, Services and Support.
