Job summary

FICO is seeking a Sales & Client Success Strategic Account Manager (Mortgage) to own and grow a U.S. mortgage lender territory from a work-from-home base. You will drive adoption of FICO's direct license program and present ROI at executive levels, while building strong champions across client organizations.

You will create account plans, manage cross-sell opportunities, and coordinate with mortgage analytics experts to optimize outcomes. Travel 25–35% may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in the mortgage industry or mortgage sales/BD.
• Established network of mortgage executives across the ecosystem.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders to drive key initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a territory of top U.S. mortgage lenders and drive adoption of the direct license program.
• Deliver executive-level presentations and client consultations showing ROI and competitive advantage.
• Build comprehensive account plans to maximize revenue and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and track KPI performance in CRM.
• Collaborate with product, risk, analytics and capital markets to support clients.
• Lead regular business reviews and surface changes to internal teams.
• Identify opportunities for FICO scores across mortgage origination stages and present findings.
