FICO (NYSE: FICO) is a leading global analytics software company. The Sr Manager - Consumer Lending Client Success will partner with North American lenders to grow and sustain revenue while ensuring client success across FICO Score solutions.

You will own post-sale relationships, analyze usage and revenue, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive renewal and expansion opportunities. This role requires strong communication, a BA/BS and 3+ years of relevant experience, and travel ~25%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing post-sale client relationships in B2B software/analytics.
• Strong understanding of commercial agreements and licensing models.
• Ability to analyze usage, transactional, and revenue data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including executive-level interaction.
• Willingness to travel roughly-25%.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day post-sale relationships with assigned clients and partners.
• Drive adoption, correct usage, and operational stability of FICO Score solutions.
• Identify renewal risks and coordinate mitigation plans with internal teams.
• Review client activity and communicate revenue-impact changes to Revenue Accounting.
• Support expansion opportunities and collaborate with Scores Sales on design and pricing.
• Provide usage analysis and client insights to support upsell motions.
• Communicate new product features to clients and partners.
• Assist change-management during product or operational changes.
• Resolve billing or usage discrepancies with Finance.
