Job summary

Nestlé Health Science in the United States is seeking a Category Maintenance Manager (Health Science) to lead maintenance strategy across assigned categories, collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing Excellence, and Factory teams to deliver reliable equipment at optimal cost.

This remote or hybrid role requires strong leadership, SAP/CMMS experience, budgeting, and travel up to 50% to factory sites on the East Coast and Midwest.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Medical, Chemical, Electrical or Feed Engineering is required; Master’s degree a plus.
• 6-7+ years of relevant work experience in Maintenance or Factory Engineering.
• 1+ years of People Leadership experience with coaching and mentoring.
• Must have excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to travel up to 50%+ to various factories.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, improve, and implement the Category Maintenance strategy to deliver category goals.
• Provide alignment and regular reporting to Engineering, Manufacturing, and Leadership teams.
• Ensure objectives and KPIs align with market roadmap and maintenance requirements.
• Develop budgets for Maintenance and Innovation to deliver reliable equipment at optimal cost.
• Coach, train, and assist factories in executing Nestlé Maintenance Strategy.
• Lead through change management and drive sustained business results.
