Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Medical, Chemical, Electrical or Feed Engineering.
• 6-7+ years of relevant work experience in maintenance.
• 1+ years of current or prior People Leadership experience.
• Experience with SAP systems and end-to-end Project Management.
• Knowledge of maintenance management systems and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, improve, and implement the Category Maintenance strategy to deliver category goals.
• Provide alignment and regular reporting to Engineering, Manufacturing, and Maintenance leadership.
• Ensure team objectives align with market roadmaps and KPIs.
• Lead the Maintenance team to meet factory and market needs for maintenance.
• Develop budgets and manage Maintenance & Innovation investments.
