Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Category Maintenance Manager (Health Science) to lead maintenance strategy and act as a liaison across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Factory teams. The role supports coaching, training, and Nestlé Maintenance Strategy execution with a global scope.

The position can be remote or hybrid depending on location, with strong preference for candidates near Bridgewater NJ, Solon OH, Boston or Sudbury MA, Leonia NJ, Chicago, or Eau Claire WI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Medical, Chemical, Electrical or Feed Engineering is required; Master’s degree a plus.
• 6-7+ years of relevant work experience in Maintenance/Factory Engineering.
• 1+ years of People Leadership experience including hiring and coaching.
• Proficient with MS Office and data analysis; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, improve, and implement the Category Maintenance strategy to deliver the category goals.
• Provide clear alignment and regular reporting to leadership and maintenance organizations.
• Ensure team objectives align with KPIs and market roadmap.
• Lead maintenance programs, budgets, and training across factories.
