Job summary
Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Category Maintenance Manager to implement maintenance foundations and oversee NAOOMI elements for assigned categories. You will liaise with Category Engineering, Nestlé Nutrition & Health Hub Engineering, and Factory personnel to coach and drive maintenance performance, with a focus on cost optimization and capability building.
The role allows remote or hybrid work based on location, with strong preference for candidates near Bridgewater NJ, Solon OH, Boston
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Medical, Chemical, Electrical or Feed Engineering is required; Master’s degree a plus.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, improve, and implement the Category Maintenance strategy to deliver the category goals.
- Provide clear alignment and regular reporting of team performance and progress to engineering leadership and maintenance organizations.
- Ensure team objectives and KPIs are aligned with the market roadmap and maintenance requirements.
- Coach, train, and support factories in executing the Nestlé Maintenance Strategy at optimal cost.
- Travel up to 50%+ to various Nestlé Factories across the East Coast/Mid-West for business purposes.
